Stem Cell Research Support

Fisrt of all, I know this is not the best photomanipulation out there, but I made it for what it represents. With that been said, please read the following information.

The UKSCF (United Kingdom Stem Cell Foundation) is the only UK medical research charity devoted solely to raising funding for stem cell projects. Its aim is to speed up the translation of research from the laboratory to therapies for patients.

I read about this charity a few days ago when Gordon Ramsay announced his participation on this year's LA marathon to raise funds for this program. His inspiration came from a young man, Henry Fraser, who suffered a spinal cord injury that left him paralyzed from the neck down. You can read his story here: [link]
Like Gordon, I too was inspired by Henry's story~ Unfortunately, I have no funds to donate to this charity but I can help in a small way in spreading the word here in deviantART.
I have been reading all of the possible treatments that can be developed with the Stem Cell researches. Blindness, Baldness, Deafness, Amyotrophic lateral-sclerosis, Myocardial infarction, Muscular dystrophy, Diabetes, Crohn's disease, Rheumatiod arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Spinal cord injury, Bone marrow transplantation (Currently established), Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, Learning defects, Stroke, among many other cures could be developed with this research.
