Ch.10 Departure.

                                                             Ch.10 Departure.


  Inuyasha came back a few minutes later with Kaede, followed by Miroku, Sango and their three kids. Miroku smiled when he saw Sayuri serving the plates with the food and apparently happy. Kaede greeted, took a seat and waited for Sayuri to serve her the food. Sango looked around the hut and saw Sesshomaru with that woman that had yelled at her a few days back, along with Rin and Jaken. She also saw Inuyasha and Kira, and shippo. Then her eyes turned to see Sayuri, the woman who had slept with her husband.

   "Inuyasha, why did you invite me here when that woman is here?!", Sango yelled poiting at Sayuri.

   Everyone was suddenly quiet and looking at Sango. Inuyasha was speachless, he wouldn't dare to tell her that he didn't invited her that was...

   "Sango... I invited you.", Sayuri said releaving Inuyasha for not having to tell her himself.

   Sango's expression went from furious to confussed in an instant. "And why did you invited me, after all you've done?!", she asked demanding an answer.

   No one in the room dared to move. Sesshomaru, Yaken and Yukiko had annoyed expressions. Inuyasha, Kira, Shippou and Kaede were surprised by Sango's reaction. Miroku was Shocked. Sayuri stood up and walked up to Sango and with a sweet tone she said, "Look Sango, i don't want any trouble with you, Miroku is your husband and i can't do anything about it. It was my fault for letting him go and i respect your family and i respect you. Please forgive me if i did any harm to your family, and don't worry i'll leave when my Sensei decides to leave. But as for now we might as well try to get along."

    Sango suddenly felt embarrased by Sayuri's kindness, but she couln't forgive her. Sango excused herself and left the hut with her three children.

    "I tried to say sorry.", Sayuri said almost as if she had done something wrong. Yukiko stood up and walk to her friend. Hugged her and whipered at her that it wasn't her fault. Sayuri nodded and returned to serving the plates for everyone.

    They began eating in silence. Sayuri felt bad because everyone was ther except Sango and her children. She stood up and walked out the hut. Everyone looked at eachother and wondered where se was going. "She needs to hear me!", Sayuri thought annoyed by her stubborness. She walked to Sango and Miroku's hut and before she entered she heard Sango talking with someone.

    "Kohaku, i might leave with you for a while...",Sango said between sobs.

   "Sister... What happen?", The strange man said.

   "Miroku cheated on me... and i think it's not the first time...", She answered.

   "And... how did you found out?", the man asked.

   "He arrived with her and said they were just old friends, but then she had the gutts to tell me.", Sango said with anger in her voice.

   "Sango...", Sayuri thought. "I'm really sorry."

   "Then we should go now, before he comes back.", her brother offered.

   "Yeah, i think we should leave now before i change my mind.", Sango answered standing up.

   Sayuri ran back to Inuyasha and Kira's hut before the two of them came outside. She pushed open the door of the hut and yelled at Miroku, "Miroku, Sango is leaving you!"

   Everyone was puzzled. Almost everyone stood up and followed Sayuri, except for Sesshomaru, Yaken Rin and Yukiko who stayed in the hut. Yukiko started to stand up when Sesshomaru's deep voice stopped her, "Stay here with me, also it's none of our business."

   "Sessho...maru-sama", Yukiko began saying. "Sayuri is our comrade. We should support her."

   "How dare you talk to my master like that! you foolish woman!", Yaken snapped at Yukiko. Sesshomaru gave him a cold glance and he nervously turned around.

   "I, Sesshomaru, know she's my student, but we didn't make her do that mistake. Sayuri will know how to solve it on her own.", Sesshomaru said with a deep concerned voice.

   "Sesshomaru-sama is right Yuki-sama", Rin said with a grin.

   Yukiko sighed and sat beside Sesshomaru, then rested her head on his shoulder. Sesshomaru sighed and closed his eyes thinking. Rin resumed eating along with Jaken.

   Sango took her belongings and exited the hut talking the baby boy on her arms. Kohaku told the twins to follow him and helped them get on Kirara, the enormous cat with two tails. Before Sango jumped on Kirara she saw how Miroku was running towards her, and everyone else behind him. She gave him a quick glance and comanded Kirara to leave. Sango couldn't hold the tears anymore and began crying. "I need sometime away from him. Maybe when i come back, if i do... maybe then he'll realize how much i love him."

   Miroku dropped to his knees when he saw Sango left with his children and Kohaku. He started crying uncontrollably. He covered his face with his hands and began wondering if Sayuri would leave him too.

   Sayuri felt how her heart began to break seeing the love of her life crying that way. She walked to him and sat beside him and embraced him tight. Sayuri didn't realized she was crying too. "Miriro...",She whispered.

   Miroku took his hands away from his face and notice Sayuri was embrazing him. "My Bara no Tsuboni... please... please don't leave me...", Miroku begged.

    "Miroku...", Sayuri felt how her heart was falling to pieces. "I'll never leave you... unless you ask me to.", Sayuri sealed her words with a long, passionate kiss.

    Inuyasha, Kira and everyone who witnessed the dramatic scene suddenly felt akward and returned to their huts.

    A few months passed by and no one had heard of Sango. Kaede told the group that she ahd started to rebuild her village again, an that the children were doing fine and were happy. Miroku tried not to think too much about Sango, he knew that she wasn't going to come back. He tried to begin a new life by Sayuri's side, but he knew it wouldn't be easy. But he would try.

   Inuyasha and Kira were sitting below a tree talking about what had happened a few months back with Sango and Miroku. "I just hope Miroku doesn't do the same thing he did to Sango to Sayuri.", Kira thought worried for her friend.

   "Kei...", Inuyasha suddenly said with a deep and sweet voice.

   "Yes? Inuyashi-sama?", Kira said looking at his golden eyes and she blushed.

    Inuyasha didn't answered, and instead he placed a hand on Kira's cheek and started to approach her slowly.

   "Inu...", Kira whispered, but before she could finish saying his name Inuyasha gave her a sweet kiss on the lips. Her eyes opened wide in amazement, but slowly she closed them and gave in with the kiss.
